How about the current Deputy Chief of the Regina Police Service? I’m going to leave his name off here for now as one time I understand he was one of the good guys.
I’m going to give you some tidbits that I am sure you can put together, that will need a criminal investigation by an outside police force and not a public inquiry. The “arch bully”, everyone afraid of who left Regina after throttling a teenager, pulling him outside his car window; who was given seventy thousand dollars ($70,000.00) then went on to become the Chief of Estevan.
It’s really hard to know where to begin and where to end with all of the corruption that is going on in your Province. Are they rumours, allegations or the truth; time is about to tell. Which side of this do you want to be on sir; in watching some of your newscasts I believe you to be an honest man and a caring dad. That you do care about the people of your province.
Are Heather Gray and her son not part of the people in your province?
Members cheating on promotional exams, some more tidbits…….
Most of these people (involved in shady dealings) have been, or are, a past president, executive, VP of police association, association commission, obvious conflicts of interest.
Bernie Eiswirth – Association Executive making a position for Chief Bray on the Regina Police Association while doing the administration of all pensions funds for police superannuation and civilian staff,,,,starting a business called MOBIUS. Is that double dipping or just a conflict of interest?
Clive Weighill on a special contract, then made Chief Coroner by Don Morgan. Ralph Goodale tapping former Chief Johnston to run for MP – lost the vote.
Jeff Adams moved his family to Estevan, (just a year before he could’ve retired from RPS, to escape the horrific bullying by Bing Forbes*), begged Estevan’s police commission not to hire bully Bing Forbes, but to no avail. As soon as Forbes arrived, he targeted Estevan PS dog handler Jerry Michalski (WCB case*).

“What’s going on in your province?”
That’s quite the Chief that’s running for his third term in light of his canceling promotions until Barry Guy* left the force.
*Note, correction: this was not Chief Bray but was Chief Johnston and Chief Hagen who were in charge when Guy was in his worst times being bullied and left distraught and died by suicide from the effects of the torment from RPS.
An honest police officer that did leave (no, you drove him out) going to Lumsden where he hung himself in his garage for his wife to find him, leaving behind three (3) small children.
This is not a city story nor a provincial story, but a NATIONAL story.
Let’s move on yet again. Chief Evan Bray, covering up a sexual assault of his young babysitter or was it “RAPE”, or is that just an allegation where everyone cooked up a plan to hide Chief Bray; after the parents brought their young daughter in to press charges and then convincing them it would be too hard on their daughter. What kind of police officers in Regina are wearing that uniform? The good ol’ gang of outlaws found a place to hide the Chief (Bray) and a position in the Regina Police Association Bldg; better than couch surfing in (Chief Troy Hagen’s*) home after Bray’s wife threw him out
* correction from original
Let’s get on to another real “BULLY” – Rick Bourassa – Chief of Moose Jaw SK, November 8, 2009 when he led a SWAT team on the home of Heather Gray – without a warrant or reasonable and probable grounds and arrested a thirteen year old boy – 13 years old and cuffed him, the police then going on to destroy personal property and furniture.
“What the hell is going on in Regina!!”
I forgot Justin Trudeau – JT — Juvenile Twit.
I have attached some documents, along with some photos to let you know who I am, mostly a proud Canadian and a Dad that cares about my Country, my Canada and my home. As my Dad would say ”All saints have a past, all sinners have a future but spare me the criticism of those who have never been caught.” 23 ½ years ago, I think we can all identify with that; and all deserve second chances.
I have, Premier, a very large sign on my farm property that is 12 feet by 24 feet on both sides, at the edge of 97B highway near Salmon Arm and Enderby BC. In approximately two weeks the sign will be uploaded with fourteen hundred documents due to a fifty-one year investigation.
The bottom of the sign will be changed to “WakeUpCanada.info”
I am not asking you to use political interference only to use your authority to simply do the right thing for a former dedicated police officer – Miss Heather Gray and her son.
“Justice must not only be done, Premier, but it must be seen to be done”
p.s. A recent adjudication by the SK Appeal Court has ruled against the WCB in Saskatchewan.
Sincerely,

Ol’ Ralphy, Ralph Goodale, during his term in office was not only a joke in regards to Canadian Military, all first (1st) responders, ALL Police Forces:
“HE WAS A DANGEROUS JOKE”
I respectfully request you give this matter your prompt and undivided attention; you have choices, Heather Gray has “none”, living out of her truck or bed bug infested senior’s residences – I strongly believe Canadians will feel she has suffered enough, seeing that she has done nothing wrong.
Premier Scott Moe, will you be part of the solution or remain PART of the PROBLEM?
So as we say in the force, Premier, we would all like to be judged by 12 (twelve) good men – than be carried by six.
Which are you waiting for regarding Heather Gray?
D.M.D.(Don) Matheson
This is on your watch NOW
